Inside the bundle
Three packs, one approach: choose for the person, adapt to their needs, and record what it meant to them.
30 Meaningful Activities
Starts with the signature Who Am I? profile, which asks what a resident still identifies with today, not just what they used to do. Every other activity is then chosen because it matters to that person.
- One-to-one and bedside work for residents who can’t join groups
- “Instead of… try…” questions that never test memory
- Worked example showing how a profile shapes the plan
- Printable My Story profile, Life Story page and link table

Who it’s for
Activity coordinators
Ready-to-run sessions for the residents who are hardest to include, so you’re never stuck for an idea that works.
- Every page fits on one sheet: what you need, how to run it, what to watch for
- One session can include residents at very different levels
- Record what each session meant, in the resident’s own words
Care home managers
A consistent, person-centred approach your whole team can follow, with evidence built into every session. More for managers
- CQC regulations 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17 and 18 mapped across the packs
- Safety checks for allergies, swallowing, mobility and skin on each page
- Profiles and record sheets to keep with the care plan
Running an activity helps you evidence a regulation; on its own it doesn’t show the regulation is met. The regulations shown are for services in England.
Made by someone who has run care services
Still Meâ„¢ was founded by Christine Eliza Crowle, drawing on 35 years in the care sector across the UK, USA and Cyprus: running care homes, training care staff and developing the workforce.
Every resident is still that person. These packs exist so that every activity, game and exercise is chosen because it matters to the person doing it.
Questions
How do I order?
Click “Request your bundle” or email sales@dominiquecarringtonadvisory.com. We’ll reply with payment details, including an invoice if your home is paying, and email you the packs once payment is received. The bundle is three PDFs: 30 Meaningful Activities (42 pages), 30 Still Meâ„¢ Games (39 pages) and 30 Gentle Movement & Exercise (41 pages).
Can I print and photocopy the pages?
Yes. The profiles, record sheets and templates are designed to be photocopied for use within your own care setting.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Most sessions use everyday things: music on a small speaker, photographs, scarves, soft balls, herbs and household objects. Each page lists exactly what you need.
Will it work for residents who can’t speak or move much?
Yes. That’s who it was written for. Touch, music, scent and choice run through all three packs, and the pack shows you how to read and record non-verbal responses.
Are the exercises physiotherapy?
No. They are gentle activity ideas, not prescribed rehabilitation. Every exercise page tells you to check the care plan and any physiotherapy guidance first, and when to stop.
Does it cover services outside England?
The activities work anywhere. The regulation mapping is for CQC in England; other UK nations have their own regulators and standards.

Want every session recorded as evidence without chasing paper? The Still Meâ„¢ Activity Tracker turns these activities, and what they meant to each resident, into a searchable record you can show an inspector or a family.
